Where is it best to place the name of an author in an issue.md where the author is not the same as the editors or the author is only one of the eidtors?
Suggestion: Below the keywords that refer to the entire volume.
Also the contents should be below keywords then.

i think following the rest of the way how layout works in sandpoints i would suggest adding the authors on top. so the right side menu on the web looks like:

authors/
editors/
has articles/

i don't know if following the pattern of "Preface by ______" makes sense. if that's the pattern the author by name can be pronounced that way, for example:

"Preface by Henriette Hafsaas" (if diffrent than "by the Editor")

what do you think of that?
