Thoughts that came from ![](editor:beatricec.md) presentation and discussion on artists and academics working in a a process of taking rather than sharing ( in the context of the women’s center in Palestine). Later on in the evening when asked what pushed him to make his film ![](author:habibayeb.md) said:

> either I go and put a bomb or I make a film out of it

As artists and activists how can we denounce and work collectively with different communities without taking and appropriating?
